Booking work for Q4

Most local businesses are better than their website.

We design and build the whole thing, then hand it over. Restaurants, gyms, garages, clinics, trades.

Fixed price. Two to six weeks. You own everything at the end.

The short version

An idea only earns once someone can find it

You have the idea already. The site is the part that turns it into something people can buy.

Idea Product Business Money

01 / Idea

You already know what the business is. It just isn't anywhere people can find it yet.

02 / Product

We build the site. Pages, menu, booking, quotes, whatever your counter actually gets asked for.

03 / Business

People land on it, work out what you do in a few seconds, and know what to do next.

04 / Money

They book, they order, they turn up. That's the only part of this that counts.

Scope

Five things we do, and one we don't

01

Draw the whole site

Pages designed in the browser, on real devices, with your photos and your prices in them. You see the homepage in week two, not a PDF in week five.

02

Write the code by hand

No theme, no page builder, no stack of forty plugins that breaks the week you stop paying for one of them.

03

Wire up what earns

Bookings, quotes, orders, calls, trial passes. Put on the site so people can do it themselves at midnight.

04

Hand you the controls

Menus, prices, hours, staff, photos. Editable from your phone in under a minute, with nothing that can break the layout.

05

Launch it properly

Old URLs mapped to new ones, analytics running, Search Console submitted, and a walkthrough recording for your staff.

No.

Run your ads and socials

We set the SEO groundwork and hand it over. We don't sell ad management, social posting or monthly SEO retainers. Ask us and we'll name two people who are good at them.

Design system

One kit, every page

Primary Secondary Quiet
Aa Aa Aa

Type, spacing, colour and buttons get decided once. New pages after that take days, not another round of decisions.

Speed

What we don't load

  • A page builder runtime
  • Five font families
  • A carousel plugin
  • A chat widget nobody answers
  • Three separate analytics scripts

Every extra script is another second before somebody sees your prices. Most sites are slow because of what got added, not how they were built.

No templates

Three restaurants shouldn't get the same page

Layout follows what you sell and how people buy it. A twelve seat counter needs a different page to a garage with four bays.

Editing

You change the price, not us

Anything that moves often sits behind a form with plain labels. Change it from your phone between covers. Nothing you type can break the layout.

Ownership

The accounts go in your name, not ours

Plenty of studios keep the domain and the hosting on their own account, so leaving means starting again. We set everything up under you from day one.

  • Domain registrar Yours
  • Hosting Yours
  • Analytics Yours
  • Search Console Yours
  • The code Yours

These aren't client sites. They're the kind of thing we build, put together so you can see the level before you commit to anything.

Process

How four weeks goes

  1. Week one

    Talk, then map

Ninety minutes on your customers, your margins and your busiest hour. You get back a page map you can argue with.

  2. Week two

    Homepage first

Direction set on the page that matters most, live in a browser you can open on your phone. Two rounds of changes are included.

  3. Week three

    Build and fill

The rest of the pages follow the system. Content in, forms and bookings connected, all on a private link only you have.

  4. Week four

    Launch, then stay

Redirects, analytics, a walkthrough recording for your staff, and thirty days of changes while you settle in.

The number you approve at the start is the number on the invoice at the end. It moves only if you ask for something outside the scope, and we tell you before we do it.

Start

Tell us what you're building

Three short steps: you, the website you have in mind, and roughly what you want to spend. Skip anything you're unsure about. You get back a scope, a fixed price and a launch date within two working days. If we're not right for it, we'll say so.

Questions

The seven we get asked every time

Anything else, email hello@sitewire.co.in and you'll get a real answer, usually the same day.

How long does it really take?

Two weeks for a single page, four for a full site, six or more for anything with a store or a booking engine. The clock starts when we have your content and photos. That's what moves dates, not the build.

Do I have to write all the words?

No. Every job includes the structure, the headlines and the calls to action. If you want the body copy written too, that's quoted separately and it's usually worth it.

Can I update it myself afterwards?

Yes, and you should. Anything that changes often goes into a CMS with plain fields and no way to break the layout. You get a recorded walkthrough of the exact steps for your site.

What happens to my Google rankings?

Every existing URL gets mapped to its new home with a permanent redirect before launch, the metadata comes across, and a fresh sitemap goes in on day one. We watch it for ninety days after.

Is this WordPress?

Not by default. The front end is written by hand, which is why these sites are fast and why they don't look like anything else. If your team is already deep in WordPress and needs to stay, say so on the first call and we'll build for it properly.

Who owns it when we're done?

You do. Domain, code, content and every account, in your name from the first day. There's no licence to keep paying and nothing that stops working if you walk away.

What if I hate the design?

You see the homepage in week two for exactly this reason. Two rounds of changes are included. If it's still wrong after that, you pay for the work done so far, keep everything, and we part on good terms.
